Best Iced Matcha Latte in town! The beignet was top-notch - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside (if you don’t like too much sugar like me, you can ask for sugar on the side). Cozy and friendly ambience made it the perfect spot to catch up with friends. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!

So excited to have a new PJs coffee close to Tomball. The atmosphere is relaxing, yet cheerful. Their coffee is amazing and the Barista working this morning is super sweet and so helpful. I wanted something different today. And she knew exactly how to please my tastebuds. The King Cake Latte was delicious! Thank you K, I'll be back!

Been waiting for this location to open for some time. I'm glad it finally did. It's on the way home when I'm avoiding tolls. My girlfriend is an expert on peach Palmer teas, so we had to try theirs, and I love a refreshing green tea, so I tried the green tea mojito. Neither one of us have ever had great beignets, until now. These were so good and flaky, feel like they could use a good berry jam. I'm not an expert on beignets, but I know what tastes good to me. Can't wait to come back again and try some of the coffee drinks. The drive-through is very tall so be ready for that. Luckily I drive a lifted truck so it was perfect for me. If you drive a Corvette, you might wanna walk in.

My coffee was amazing, they gave me just what I asked for with their recommendations due to it being my first time.. I’ll be back!! I didn’t get any food but the display looked good!

Tried out a new local coffee shop that is owned by the sweetest owners, we were blessed to be able to meet Greg and Pauline while enjoying delicious beignets. Can’t wait to return.

We stopped by PJ’s Coffee near our home and loved everything about it! The drinks were smooth and flavorful - not too sweet, just perfect. The mini beignets were warm, soft, and dusted with the right amount of sugar, a nice little treat to go with coffee. We also met the owner, and he was incredibly welcoming and friendly - you can tell he truly cares about his customers and the quality of what’s served. The place had a cozy vibe and great service overall. Definitely one of our new favorite coffee spots in town! ☕🍩

Don’t order the breakfast sandwiches. Premade and terrible. 👎👎👎👎 Was excited to see PJs come to the neighborhood. My family is from Nola. Customer service was great. Love that they are new to the area. Like they have a drive thru. I’ve been wanting a new drink/food place close by for years. Good prices. Mini Beignets was a little crunchy & thick dough. Still good but not New Orleans beignets. Authentic Nola beignets are soft & fluffy & puffy not thick filled with dough. But still good. I liked how they were warm but wouldn’t purchase again. Will be back for the iced coffee & maybe to try their other menu items. Welcome to the neighborhood glad yall are here. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

The king cake iced coffee was delicious as were the beignets. We also got two cake pops to go. The woman who helped us was also very sweet. The establishment was clean and welcoming. We’ll be regulars here for sure.

Very friendly, easy getting help from the staff. They seemed eager to help me and make suggestions. The coffee bar pastries were delicious. Both the chocolate croissant and cinnamon scone had great flavor. My husband said his cold brew was better than other places he's tried. Glad to have this new spot in the area

Stopped by PJ's Coffee and had an amazing experience. The Peach Palmer Tea was incredibly refreshing—the perfect balance of sweet peach flavor and tea, making it a great drink for a hot day. 🍑☀️ The beignets were superb—fresh, warm, light, and perfectly coated with powdered sugar. They were soft on the inside with just the right texture and flavor. Great drinks, delicious treats, and friendly service. I'll definitely be coming back for another Peach Palmer and a fresh order of beignets!
